Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Carrier Pigeon (“Company”) and You (“Member”) upon your registration and payment of the one-time lifetime subscription fee.

1. Membership Enrollment

By completing registration, you:

• Confirm you are 18 years or older and legally eligible to contract.
• Agree to pay a one-time, non-refundable lifetime subscription fee as specified on the website.
• Understand membership grants you the status of an Elite Business Owner (EBO), not an employee or agent of Carrier Pigeon.

2. Member Responsibilities

As a Member, you agree to:

• Promote partner products/services ethically and truthfully.
• Not make false claims or misrepresent partner products or the company.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while conducting your promotional activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the Company.

3. Earnings and Commission

• Commissions are earned based on actual sales revenue generated by the Member for partner companies as per contract agreements.
• Commission structures are subject to change based on updated partner agreements; changes will be communicated via official channels.
• Members are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their income as per local laws.

4. Referral Program

• Members may refer any number of new members to Carrier Pigeon using their unique referral code.
• Referral earnings are calculated on eligible sales made by referred members, as per the compensation plan.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent sign-ups to exploit the referral system are prohibited and will result in termination without refund.
• Note: Referral commissions are not paid merely for recruitment or sign-ups.
• Commissions are earned only on sales generated by referred members, ensuring compliance with Direct Selling Rules (DSR) and ethical business practices.

5. Termination of Membership

Carrier Pigeon reserves the right to terminate membership in case of:

• Violation of this Agreement or Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activities or unethical marketing practices
• Legal violations impacting the company or its partners

Upon termination, no refunds or future commissions will be payable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Carrier Pigeon is a platform facilitator and does not guarantee specific income levels. Members agree that the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership activities.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of [Your District Court].
