2. Membership

• Individuals must be 18 years or older to register.
• Members agree to pay a one-time lifetime subscription fee.
• Membership grants you access to promote products/services of partnered companies and earn commission as per pre-defined contracts.

3. Commissions & Earnings

• Commissions are calculated on net sales value as per contracts signed with partner companies.
• Payouts will be processed as per the company’s scheduled payout cycle after verification of sales.
• Members are responsible for tax liabilities on their income as per local laws.

4. Referral System

• Members may refer any number of individuals to join Carrier Pigeon using their referral code.
• Referral commissions are paid on eligible sales made by referred members.
• Abuse, fraudulent sign-ups, or self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination without refund.
• Note: Referral commissions are not paid merely for recruitment or sign-ups.
• Commissions are earned only on sales generated by referred members, ensuring compliance with Direct Selling Rules (DSR) and ethical business practices.

5. Code of Conduct

Members must:

• Promote products/services ethically and honestly.
• Avoid false claims or misrepresentation of partner offerings.
• Not misuse company intellectual property, branding, or digital assets without permission.

6. Termination

• The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if any violation of these terms, applicable laws, or fraudulent activities are detected.
• Upon termination for breach of terms, no refunds will be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Carrier Pigeon is a platform facilitating business promotion and networking. We are not liable for product/service quality, fulfilment, or warranties of partner companies. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating connections and commission payouts as agreed.

8. Amendments

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with effective dates. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
